
SPAIN - Bullnet backs video game developer
Bullnet Capital has acquired Invertec’s stake in video game developer Digital Legends, also subscribing to a capital increase.
The transaction, carried out through Bullnet Capital II, sees the complete exit of the previous investor.
Based in Barcelona, Digital Legends was founded in 2001 by veterans of the digital entertainment industry, develops videogames for mobiles and portable console platforms with a strong innovative character using leading edge technology.
The company has worked with Nokia, as first-party developer for N-Gage, the new Nokia videogame platform for which ONE has been developed (one of the top videogames in its recent worldwide launch) and Apple.
