SPAIN - Quercus to sell Imago
According to sources, Agrolimen Quercus Equity has mandated Lazard to run an auction for its electric billboard business Imago, with the ticket price understood to be around the EUR 100m mark.
Formerly known as Odeco the existing business is the result of the merger of 4 companies: Odeco; German business Thomas Vekerbrstechnik; US-based Addco and Catalonian company MP Electronica. The company specialises in the development of electric billboards displaying multiple advertising messages, as well as score boards for sporting events. Projections for this year put the turnover at around EUR 60m and EBITDA at approximately EUR 15m.
