ITALY - AIFI elects Giampio Bracchi as chairman
The board of the Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AIFI) has elected Giampio Bracchi as chairman of the association for a further three years. Mr Bracchi is also vice-chairman of Banca Intesa and chairman of Fondazione Politecnico di Milano. This is the second term of office for Mr Bracchi, who was elected for the first time in May 2004.
