
GERMANY - PEF donates to two German charities
The Private Equity Foundation has donated to two Germany-based charities, taking the funds' total investment in the country to EUR 400,000.
PEF is a venture philanthropy fund which works with charities to empower young people, specifically addressing those not in education, employment or training, by providing a combination of capital investment and pro bono expertise from the private equity community. Since its creation in 2006, PEF has invested in more than 15 charities and secured the backing of over 70 private equity firms and their advisers.
