SPAIN - Allegiance opens Madrid office and appoints partners
Dallas-based Allegiance Capital, a full-service investment banking firm, is opening of an office in Madrid.
Spanish-American investment banker and managing partner, Wilson Hudkins Caceres, will lead the Madrid office. Hudkins has experience from both emerging and developed capital markets in the Iberian Peninsula, United States and Latin America. He founded Hesperia Advisors SL, a boutique investment firm, and has worked for ABN AMRO, Fortis and Interdin Corporate Advisors.
Also joining the Madrid team is partner Jesús Arranz Monje. Arranz is the deputy general director for Grupo Arranz Acinas, a privately held construction and real estate company based in Castilla y León, participates in and promotes numerous renewable energy projects in Spain. Allegiance Capital is currently working with Grupo Arranz Acinas to develop multiple wind farms in Texas. Jesús Arranz Monje has been involved in the diversifying process and international development of the company for more than 10 years. He has been directly involved in more than fifty real estate, construction and energy projects and is a member of the board for several financial organizations, institutions and private companies in Spain.
The rest of the team will made up of several professionals from Allegiance Capital's Dallas and New York offices, as well as Spanish professionals.
