CEE - Advent backs Dufa Deutek

The acquisition will give Dufa Deutek the opportunity to expand into the construction materials sector and both companies will benefit from raw material cost savings, economies of administrative work and distribution costs. Dufa Deutek plans that both companies combined will generate a turnover of EUR 65m in 2009.
