GERMANY – Target Partners and BayTech lead USD 4.5m ChipVision funding
Target Partners and BayTech Venture Capital have led an internal USD 4.5m Series-B funding round for ChipVision Design Systems, a provider of low-power electronic design automation solutions.
ChipVision is a supplier of low-power, system-level EDA software tools and services. Its patented software enables semiconductor developers to estimate and optimise energy dissipation in critical blocks of their design by creating RTL code for power, performance and area. This electronic system-level (ESL) approach results in significant energy and time savings. The company's solutions are based on open industry standards including SystemC.
ChipVision is headquartered in Oldenburg and has offices in Munich and San Jose, California.
