SPAIN – Nazca to close three deals
According to reports, Nazca Capital is in advanced negotiations to acquire three companies through currently owned portfolio companies before the summer.
Rumour suggests the transactions will be valued at between EUR 3m and EUR 15m each and will involve billboard company Grupo Autor, e-learning business Elogos and internet hosting firm Acens, all of which have been controlled by Nazca since 2007.
