GERMANY - BFB and bmp join Revotar funding

Hennigsdorf-based Revotar develops drugs for inflammatory indications such as psoriasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and acute lung injury (ALI). Its lead candidate, Bimosiamose, has already passed several clinical phase I and phase II trials.

Earlier in the year, the company secured EUR 4m in a first closing of the financing round, with commitments coming from IBG Risikokapitalfond I, managed by Goodvent Beteiligungsmanagement GmbH & Co KG, Deutsche Life Sciences GmbH and MVC uternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
