GERMANY - IBB and Wellington invest in SMS Guru

IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft and Wellington Partners have provided a second round of financing for text messaging services company SMS Guru GmbH.

A first round of financing was provided by Wellington Partners and several strategic business angels.

SMS Guru GmbH answers all questions of users which are submitted via text message. The company is based in Berlin.
