
SPAIN – Riva y García establishes presence in North Africa
Riva y García has opened new offices in Casablanca, Morocco and Algiers, Algeria as part of its expansion into Maghreb.
The company will manage the Mediterrània fund, promoted by the Institut Català de Finances and other public and private investors. The vehicle currently has commitments worth EUR 62m and expects to reach the EUR 100m mark. The fund will invest in SMEs in Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria or in European groups with projects in these countries.
