UK - Launch of Kenmore Private Equity

Kenmore Property Group, the international real estate business which operates from 9 offices in the UK, Europe and Dubai, has announced the formation of its sister company Kenmore Private Equity (KPE). KPE will originate transactions initially in the mid-market. Kenmore has successfully managed a number of private equity deals inside its core real estate business over the past five years and currently has four private equity transactions underway in the UK and Europe with a total equity investment of approximately ТЃ30m.
