SWEDEN - SEB Företagsinvest et al back QuickCool
SEB Företagsinvest has joined TeknoSeed and CapMan as a lead investor to advance QuickCool’s clinical studies, in a EUR 2.2m funding round.
The aim of Lund-based QuickCool is to develop brain cooling devices which reduce mortality and neurological sequelae, in patients suffering from dangerous episodes of oxygen deprivation to the brain following stroke, cardiac arrest, brain trauma and neonatal asphyxia.
