UK - E-Synergy leads £1.7m Envirotreat funding
The Sustainable Technology Fund (STF), a cleantech focused venture capital fund managed by E-synergy, has led a ТЃ1.7m round of funding for toxic soil and waste remediation specialist Envirotreat Ltd.
E-synergy invested £1m in the round, with Pre-X and Catapult Venture Managers contributing £350,000 and £325,000 respectively. The investment will be used to invest in plants for both on-site remediation and landfill pre-treatment, as well as expanding the technology base and exploring international licensing opportunities.
This is the eighth investment by STF.
