UK - AFM invests £350,000 into Flasma Steps
Alliance Fund Managers (AFM), through the Merseyside Special Investment Fund Liverpool Seed Fund, has invested ТЃ350,000 into Flasma Steps Ltd, a developer of floor-based screen systems.
Flasma's system can be used for advertising, information and entertainment on the floor and is designed to exploit people's natural instinct to look at the floor when walking. Turnover is predicted to reach in excess of £1m in 2009.
