
UK - Glover to chair SME advisory committee
The UK government has established a committee, chaired by Anne Glover, chief executive of Amadeus Capital Partners, to advise policy makers on how to reduce the barriers for SMEs competing for public sector contracts. A tentative target has been set which would see SMEs win 30 per cent of all public sector business within the next five years.
