SPAIN – Artá Capital gets go ahead
The CNMV has granted Arta Capital the green light to commence operating.
Arta will take minority stakes –preferably over 20% in development phase – focusing on expansion deals for companies with an enterprise value of EUR 100m+.
The firm will take over the management of Deyá Capital firm through which Corporación Financiera Alba carries out expansion deals. Last summer Deyá acquired 26% of photovoltaic cell manufacturer Isofotón.
