SPAIN - Odeco acquires US-based company after recap

The acquisition is intended to support Odeco's production strategy, which should emphasize the production of panels for sports events and corporate communication. Addco is reportedly forecasting sales of EUR 15m for 2007.

Quercus Equity has recently recapitalised its investment in Odeco in a deal worth EUR 58.5m. The facility was used to refinance existing shareholder debt and fund a strategic growth plan through a series of acquisitions.
