FRANCE - OFI close to completing Léon privatisation
OFI Private Equity is edging closer to completing its take-private of restaurant chain Léon de Bruxelles, having upped its stake to 90.01%.
OFI and the management team launched a joint takeover bid for the business in March 2008. The offer, worth EUR 10.9 per share, values the business at EUR 64.9m.
