
Goetzpartners, Asset Capital Partners merge
German corporate finance house Goetzpartners has acquired the Russian outfit Asset Capital Partners to form Goetzpartners Russia. The two firms have worked on a partnership basis since 2006, and the merger creates an advisory firm that caters to Russian, European and CIS clients from offices in Munich and Moscow.
The firm will focus primarily on activities in the industrials, energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors, as well as technology, media and telecommunications.
Dr Stephan Goetz is managing partner of Goetzpartners. Dr. Jan-Hendrik Röver is managing director of Goetzpartners Russia.
