
DIP Capital, Coparion back €5.5m series-A for Acatus
DIP Capital and Coparion have led a series-A round for German financial technology company Acatus, with participation from the company's existing shareholders and business angels.
The company has received previous funding from Partech, Berliner Effektengesellschaft and Berliner Volksbank Ventures. The series-A brings the company's total funding to €5.5m.
Coparion has invested in a number of technology-based businesses this year. In September, it participated as a new investor in the €40m series-C for Holidu, a vacation rental search engine.
DIP Capital is a London-based VC investor founded in 2018. The firm is currently deploying capital from its €40m DIP Fund I, which invests in late-seed and growth companies.
