
HIG Europe exits Anvis
HIG Europe has exited German automotive parts supplier Anvis Group to Japanese trade player Tokai Rubber Industries.
Anvis and Tokai already established a joint venture in Mexico last year.
Previous funding
HIG Europe took over the business in 2010. The GP worked together with incumbent CEO Olaf Hahn to expand the company to an annual turnover of €300m within the two-year holding period.
Company
Anvis was founded by Woco and Michelin AVS in 2000 and is headquartered in Steinau an der Straße. The company provides anti-vibration products for the automobile industry with the aim to improve handling, comfort and road safety of vehicles.
The company's services cover the entire process chain from concept to the production line stage. The group has 2,000 employees and operates across 13 locations in nine countries.
