XAnge and Astutia invest in Pactas
XAnge Private Equity and Astutia Ventures have invested in German e-invoicing specialist Pactas.
The funding will be used to drive the young company's growth, in particluar its sales, marketing and product development.
Company
Pactas, originally based in Munich, was refounded by managing director Ricco Deutscher with a new team in Frankfurt am Main in March 2012. The company specialises in e-invoicing solutions, running its own portal for automated, electronic bill processing. It offers basic functions for free and advanced features, like sophisticated management tools for in- and out-going bills, for a monthly subscription fee. The software can also be incorporated into its clients' own systems.
