Index leads $38m NumberFour funding round

The round also received contribution from Allen&Co, T-Venture (Deutsche Telekom), Andreas von Bechtolsheim, Jerry Yang, Klaus Hommels and Lars Hinrichs, among others.

NumberFour has created a business platform that provides productivity, communication, sales production, procurement, delivery, reservation and financial tool for offline and online businesses. The platform is aimed at small businesses to improve their competitiveness.

The company was established in 2009. It is headquartered in Berlin and has additional offices in Hamburg and Palo Alto.
