Insight Venture Partners has injected €10m into recipe and meal kit provider HelloFresh, as part of a €110m funding round.
Start-up accelerator Rocket Internet committed the remaining €100m, as well as buying secondary shares worth €30m. The management team is also expected to commit further capital to the company.
HelloFresh's valuation rose to €623.8m from €131.2m following the transaction, with Rocket Internet owning a 51.7% stake worth €322.4m.
The company has earmarked the fresh capital to develop new accessibility options for its customers.

Holtzbrinck Ventures invested in HelloFresh in July 2012, but sold its stake in August 2014 prior to the Rocket Internet IPO. Vorwerk committed to the company's $10m series-B funding round the same year.
Phenomen Ventures led a $7.5m series-C round in September 2013, in which both previous backers also invested. In June 2014, Insight led the company's $50m series-D funding round, which saw Phenomen also invest.
