Societe Fougeraise de Peinture Industrielle (SFPI), a portfolio company of French private equity firm CM-CIC Investissement, has acquired coating and surface treatment company Silac.
The deal is part of a buy-and-build strategy announced by CM-CIC Investissement at the time of SFPI's acquisition.
