Omnes-backed InCa buys Natur'Habitat businesses
Omnes-backed InCa Group has acquired Natur'Habitat & Natur'Habitat L'Atelier de Pose, a developer of individual homes in Charente-Maritime.
The deal, sourced in a proprietary fashion, sees founding CEO Christophe Verbeke sell his shares, while his daughter Samantha Verbeke, current sales manager, reinvests alongside InCa.
After Omnes backed InCa in 2017, the company bought Logis du Pertuis in 2018. The Natur'Habitat businesses represent the sixth brand of InCa.
This acquisition is strategic for InCa, since it strengthens its positioning in the mid- to high-end market in Charente-Maritime.
InCa is a specialist in the construction of individual homes in isolated areas. The group has forecast a turnover of around €40m for 2019, with sales of approximately 400 homes throughout the year.
