Partech, Breega in €10m seed round for Ubble
Partech and Breega have completed a €10m seed funding round for Ubble, a Paris-based developer of identity verification software.
The investment is an extension to the seed round the company raised from angel investors and Partech last year. This brings the total financing the company has raised to date to more than €10m, 90% of which is equity, Unquote has learned.
Ubble also recently signed a partnership with BPI France, which now uses its identity verification solution.
The fresh capital will be used to recruit new talent - 15 are due to be filled by the end of the year, notably in the sales and marketing teams - and to break into further European markets.
Company
Ubble was founded in 2018 in Paris by former Gemalto, Criteo and Google staff. It develops a software to fight identity fraud on the Internet by relying on artificial intelligence and video streaming technologies.
