
Ouest Croissance, Trocadero back VAC
Ouest Croissance and Trocadero Capital Partners have acquired a minority stake in temporary buildings supplier VAC.
Following the deal, the founding Vérité family will consolidate its holding position, while some key managers will enter the share capital.
With the support of its new investors, the company plans to further expand across France by opening new branches and enlarging its customer base.

Established in 2008, VAC specialises in providing caravans and temporary compounds, primarily for construction sites and decontamination operations.
The company offers delivery, installation and maintenance services.
Headquartered in Alluets le Roi, VAC has additional agencies in Nantes, Lyon and Toulouse.
The company generates annual revenues of around €10m.
