
EQT-backed Gambro in possible IPO
EQT’s is believed to be preparing an IPO of its portfolio company Gambro, according to reports.
The company, which specialises in medical technology, was taken private by EQT and Investor AB in June 2006. A share price of SEK 111 was offered, which values the company at SEK 38bn.
Gambro was founded in 1964, has production facilities in 11 countries and employs approximately 8,000 staff.
