
Agilitas-backed Teracom buys Relacom
Agilitas Private Equity portfolio company Teracom Danmark has acquired the Danish technology services subsidiary of Relacom Group, Relacom Denmark.
The bolt-on follows Agilitas's acquisition of Teracom in October last year, when it draw capital from Agilitas 2015 Private Equity Fund.
The combined group will employ 130 people and focus on the construction, operation and maintenance of nationwide infrastructure for telecommunications and mobile networks.

Relacom was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Taastrup. The company primarily focuses on the construction and maintenance of nationwide telecoms infrastructure, including 3G, 4G and the forthcoming 5G networks. It provides a wide range of technical services and all four large mobile operators are customers. It employs 60 people.
