
Triton-backed Polygon buys Vanwaarde
Triton Partners portfolio company Polygon has acquired document restoration service Vanwaarde.
The GP backed Polygon from The Triton Fund III in 2010, starting a buy-and-build strategy with the acquisition of the moisture control services division of Munters.
It combined the business with a Germany-based provider of damage handling services, Vatro Trocknungs- und Sanierungstechnik, in 2011.

Vanwaarde was founded in 1970 and is headquartered in Goes in the Netherlands. The company specialises in restoring documents, artifacts and art. It generates sales of around €1.7m and employs 14 people.
