
Litorina acquires therapy clinic KFA
Litorina Kapital has acquired a majority stake in physical manual therapy treatment provider Klinikk For Alle (KFA).
The firm drew equity from its fifth-generation vehicle, which closed on SEK 3bn in 2018. The fund makes investments in companies valued at SEK 200-1bn.
KFA's management and team of therapists have retained significant stakes in the business.
Following the acquisition, the company intends to roll out clinics in Norway and Sweden in the first step in an international expansion plan.
Nordea provided debt for the transaction.
