Permira acquires eDreams from TA Associates

Permira has acquired a majority stake in the Spanish online travel agent eDreams in a deal valued between тЌ250-300m.

Since November 2006 the company has been under control of the American private equity firm TA Associates.

eDreams has a presence in 15 countries, with its main operations in Spain, Italy and Portugal.
