
Nauta leads $5m round for Onna
Early-stage VC investor Nauta Capital has led a $5m funding round for Barcelona-based knowledge integration software company Onna Technologies.
With the fresh capital, Onna intends to develop its software, make key senior hires and expand internationally.
Nauta held a final close for its third institutional fund on $170m in April 2017, bringing its total assets under management to $350m.
Company
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Barcelona, Onna is a software company that integrates knowledge from different data sources, and is used by legal departments in companies. It processes and analyses the data using artificial intelligence.
The firm operates an additional office in San Francisco. Its current clients include Facebook, Twilio and Electronic Arts.
