
360 Capital et al. inject €2m into BeMyEye
360 Capital Partners, RedSeed Investments and Capital B have invested €2m in Italian market research company BeMyEye, alongside angel investors.
BeMyEye, whose app pays smartphone users to conduct research on its behalf, will use the funding to expand its service into new markets. It currently focuses on in-store services including mystery shopping, audits and interviews.
RedSeed recently joined Vertis in a €750,000 round for WIB, a Sicilian start-up that links e-commerce with vending machines, while 360 took part in a €1m round for Italian medical equipment provider Thereson.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Milan, BeMyEye employs smartphone users to carry out market research. Its users are tracked by GPS and make use of their smartphones' camera capabilities.
The company's clients include Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Vodafone and Nespresso, and its app currently has around 28,000 users.
