LDC backs 1st The Exchange acquisition of N4

LDC portfolio company 1st The Exchange has acquired N4 Solutions with backing from the private equity investor.

N4 is a provider of distribution and fulfilment software for the financial services industry, with clients including Nationwide and Aviva.

The business fits in with 1st The Exchange's existing product range, and will add to its direct-to-consumer proposition.
