YFM exits Sheet Piling
YFM Private Equity has sold its stake in construction business Sheet Piling in a management buy-back deal, generating a return of 3.7x for the private equity firm and an IRR of 20.17%.
Sheet Piling is a driven steel piling contractor, specialising in all forms of driven steel piling. It operates throughout the U.K. and has been involved on many of the country's major construction projects. Services range from developing cost effective installation systems to offering alternative designs utilising sheet piles as an alternative to other materials. The company is based in Preston.
