
Promethean-backed Cambria completes £50m AIM listing
Promethean Investments–backed Cambria Automobiles has completed a £50m admission to the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange.
Swindon-based Cambria Automobiles Holdings Ltd is an automotive dealership group, representing three brands for new and used car sales (Jaguar, Citreon and Seat); it has authorised repair status for the above, as well as Ford, Mazda and Saab. The group operates from 25 sites with a total of 37 dealer franchises.
The business was originally acquired by Promethean as part of a management buy-in in May 2006.
