WestBridge-backed e2train buys Intraventure
WestBridge Fund Managers has made a further investment into e2train to support the acquisition of software business Intraventure.
WestBridge invested £1.2m to back the management buyout of e-learning business e2train in 2009. Royal Bank of Scotland, which financed the original buyout, provided additional debt facilities to support the acquisition of Intraventure.
Established in 2001, Intraventure is a provider of talent management systems, which help large enterprises manage the performance and development of their employees.
The bolt-on will allow e2train to broaden its offering and provide an integrated learning, performance and talent management suite to its customers.
