
ISIS invests £14m in HPF
ISIS Equity Partners has invested £14m of growth capital funding in UK engineering consultancy firm hurleypalmerflatt (HPF).
Funds were drawn from ISIS IV LP, a £238.5m buyout vehicle raised in 2007. ISIS secured a minority stake in the company.
The investor was attracted by HPF's market position, its focus on customer service and its plans for international growth. The fresh funds will help finance future acquisitions.
HPF is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy founded in the 1970s. Its main services are mechanical and electrical engineering design, as well as energy and sustainability consultancy. HPF focuses on complex, business-critical office environments such as trading floors; data and operational control centers; and pharmaceutical laboratories.
The company has five offices in the UK and operations in India and Australia.
