
FF&P appoints Kenny Miller as finance director
The private equity business of Fleming Family & Partners (FF&P) has appointed Hutton Collins Capital Partners financial controller Kenny Miller as finance director in its London office.
Miller will undertake reporting and fund administration for FF&P's new and existing funds, which focus on the UK lower mid-market.
Prior to joining Hutton Collins, the new finance director was the fund administrator for the $1.2bn Indian Infrastructure Fund and the £3bn European Buyout Fund at 3i. He graduated from the BA Accounting course at Napier University, Edinburgh.
FF&P acquired a majority stake in British property services provider David Phillips Furniture for £8m in September 2012.
In January, Hutton Collins-backed UK coffee shop chain Caffè Nero completed a £275m refinancing, comprising a £100m senior debt package, a £150m mezzanine facility and a £25m capex facility.
