
BGF invests £13m in Miss Group
The fresh capital will go towards the company's international expansion strategy and further acquisitions for the company.
BGF is a minority, non-controlling equity partner, which typically invests between £1-10m in companies across the UK and Ireland.
Since 2018, Miss Group has acquired Hemsida24 and Heymo to grow its presence in the Nordic region, adding 14,000 customers and €1m EBITDA to the business. The acquisition of FS Data in March 2019 brought 30,000 more customers to the business and £1.5m EBITDA. The company is projecting sales of £21m for 2019.
Previous funding
Harbert European Growth Capital provided debt financing to the company in March 2018.
BGF invested £6.4m in the company in August 2018.
