
Three Hills-backed Sigma buys Thompsons Contracts Blackpool
Three Hills Capital portfolio company Sigma GRP has acquired UK-based shopfitter and building contractor Thompsons Contracts Blackpool.
The deal comes 16 months after Three Hills' original investment in Sigma via its Three Hills Decalia vehicle.
Sigma CEO said the acquisition would help the group transfer its expertise into new sectors.

Thompson Contracts Blackpool was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Blackpool. It specialises in shopfitting and refurbishment.
