
Phoenix’s Edif bolts on OST Energy
Technical inspection business The Edif Group, backed by Phoenix Equity Partners, has acquired OST Energy.
The deal marks Edif's 12th acquisition since it came under Phoenix ownership in February 2011. The acquisition was made via one of the company's divisions, Edif ERA.
Previous funding
Phoenix backed the management buyout of Edif in February 2011 in a deal worth £30m, according to unquote" data.
Phoenix invested £12m to bolt NDE Global Technical Services onto Edif in November 2011.
