MML Capital Partners has supported the management buyout of Blue Max Banner, a UK provider of school uniforms, from the Fawcus family.

MML has been particularly active throughout the summer months, taking a minority stake in the merger of catering companies CH&Co and HCM, in addition to promoting Richard Mayers to partner in its London office.
Debt
Barclays provided a debt package to support the acquisition.
