
Graphite’s City & County buys ICCM
City & County Healthcare, backed by Graphite Capital, has acquired Independent Community Care Management (ICCM) from Livingbridge.
The deal marks City & County's sixth bolt-on since being purchased by Graphite.
Graphite acquired City & County from previous backer Sovereign Capital in December 2013, in a deal thought to be worth £120m. Sovereign had been invested in the business since 2009 and supported its growth through 15 bolt-ons.
Livingbridge acquired ICCM in November 2011, investing through its Baronsmead VCT funds.
Company
ICCM provides complex homecare to adults and children with brain injuries, ventilator requirements, spinal cord injuries and degenerative disabilities. The business is present in the Midlands and London.
City & County provides domiciliary care, predominantly for the elderly, as well as specialist care for young people and adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and brain injuries.
