
JTC hires two in London and Luxembourg

JTC, a fund, corporate and fiduciary services provider, has appointed Daniel Essoo as a senior director in London and Fèmy Mouftaou as a director and head of business development in Luxembourg.
Mouftaou will focus on the expansion of the firm's Luxembourg office and manage client portfolios. Prior to the appointment, he worked as managing director and conducting officer at Apex Fund Services in Luxembourg, and before that, he held a senior manager role at PwC for one year and worked at the Saudi Arabian telecommunications group Hits DRC as a director in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Moreover, he founded his own consulting business in West Africa and is the vice-president of Luxembourg Africa Investments Association.
Daniel Essoo, JTC
Essoo will join the firm's fund services team in London from SGG Group, where he worked as managing director for two years focusing on multi-jurisdictional corporate and funds services. In his early career, Essoo worked at Trident Trust Company in Mauritius as head of new business, and as a commercial director at TMF Group in London.
Established in 1987, JTC now has a presence in 18 countries, employs a staff of 500 and claims assets under administration of $70bn.
