
SWEDEN - Industri Kapital sells Elektrokoppar to Liljedahlsbolagen
The Industri Kapital 1997 Fund has signed an agreement to sell 100% of its shares in the Elektrokoppar group to Liljedalhsbolagen. During Industri Kapital's ownership, Eelktrokoppar has strenghtened its product line as well as developed various niche products. The compnay has followed an expansion strategy through an add-on acqusition of Polish EKS Slaska, to respond to the fast growing Eastern European markets. Recently, the company has also established a presence in China.
