SWEDEN - Segulah sells its remaining stake in HMS
Segulah II LP has sold its remaining 6.1% stake, corresponding to 649,105 shares, in communication technology supplier HMS Networks AB, which was floated in October 2007. The stake was sold to Latour, an investment firm owned by Gustaf Douglas that already holds a 2.6% stake in the business, for an undisclosed sum.
